Band / Orchestral Instrument Rental Program

Thank you for allowing Woody’s Music to fulfill your band and orchestra instrument rental needs! It is our pledge to you to deliver top quality instruments and knowledgeable, friendly service to at affordable prices. We are very proud to be part of the Rock Hill music community and are very excited to participate in your great band/orchestra program.

So that you may easily understand how our rental program works, we are providing the following information:

BASIC ORCHESTRA RENTAL RATES:

$25 / month for USED Violins and Violas

$35 / month for NEW Violins and Violas (upon approved credit)

$35 / month for USED Cellos

$45 / month for NEW Cellos (upon approved credit)

$45 / month for USED basses

$65 / month for NEW basses (upon approved credit)

BASIC BAND RENTAL RATES: Prices vary on Instrument's Rental Price - We only stock USED Band Instruments

$25 / month for Clarinets

$25 / month for Flutes

$25 - $35 / month for Trumpets

$25 / month for Trombones

$35 - $45 / month for Alto Saxophones

$35 - $45 / month for Tenor Saxophones

• We also offer an optional Replacement & Maintenance Agreement for an additional $7 per month. $5 per month if you draft your payment.
  
  
• All rental contracts are RENT TO OWN. You can own your instrument in time!
  
  
• Should you wish to purchase your instrument outright, you will receive a substantial discount. We also offer 90 days same as cash. Pay for your instrument in full within the first 90 days and you will receive the same discount.
  
  
• Payments are due on the 15th of each month.
  
  
• Payments may be made through a monthly debit or credit card draft. You may also make payments in person at our store or mail a check to our address.
  
  
• SERVICE: Should your instrument need service, drop it off at our store. In most cases, we can provide you same day service, often times while you wait.
  
  
• LOANER INSTRUMENTS AVAILABLE: Should we be unable to repair and return that day, you will receive a loaner instrument until your instrument is ready.
  
  
• DELIVERY OF INSTRUMENT: Credit application and rental agreement must be signed and the first 2 month’s rent paid to receive instrument. Instruments may be picked up at our store. We may also make arrangements with the school for instruments to be picked up there.
