RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (if new) and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include all original materials. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Adjustments to the refunded amount may be made if the item(s) is not returned in the same condition or missing parts/materials originally sent with the items(s). 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchanges

Please notify us by email or phone of an exchange prior to shipping items back. Exchanges must be approved before the item is returned. Exchanges are dependant on availability. will be issued only AFTER the product(s) are received by Woody's Music.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Not all items are not eligible for return. These include:

 

  • Special orders

  • Oversized or overweight items

  • Discontinued products, closeouts, "As-Is" products

  • Cymbals

  • Tubes

  • Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)

 

These items may only be returned if there was damage in shipment. 

 

How To Return Your Item

Items must be returned to the Woody's Music location you purchased it from. If you have any questions regarding the location, please check your invoice, call or email us. Please save original shipping containers for shipment back.

Shipping Services Offered

Smaller Items (Less than 1 pound) - US Postal Service - First Class

Larger Items (More than 1 pound) - US Postal Service - Priority Mail

Larger Items (Guitars / Amps) - Most Cost Effective Option -  US Postal Service  or UPS Ground

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you by the end of the day that the item was shipped. 

 

International Shipping

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are limited in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please call us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally. The following are exceptions to this policy (some restrictions apply for these destinations):

 

  • Puerto Rico

  • US Military addresses (i.e. APO and FPO addresses)

  • Locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code, such as Guam, The Virgin Islands, etc.

Ordering / Payment

​Orders can be placed through our online website, phone or physical location. We accept cash, credit cards, US Postal money orders, and Paypal. 

 
Shipping

We ship most items via US Postal Service or UPS. Most items ship same or next day that the order is placed. If you require a different service, please notify us within the hour of making the purchase. We recycle boxes and shipping materials, so your package may arrive in a box that reflects a different product. Make sure you open and inspect the item before contacting about shipping errors. ​​
